Villa Carica is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and just takes you 15 minutes to reach one of the next beautiful Istrian beaches. It is the perfect choice for your next holiday.
On a living area of 100 m², Villa Carica consists of 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each with a bathroom and WC incl. balcony, table and chairs. The bedrooms are each equipped with double beds and TV.
You will discover the wonderful sea view and a direct exit to the pool out of the the living room and its own fully equipped kitchen.
You can have barbecue at the house's own outdoor grill or enjoy the Istrian flair by the pool with deckchairs and an outdoor shower, a covered dining area, a cosy place to relax under the olive trees or have a sociable barbecue at the house's own outdoor grill in the 500 m² garden.
